New four-round Champions of the Future Mexico Series brings the globally recognized karting series to Mexico
Champions of the Future is excited to announce its expansion into Mexico with the launch of the Champions of the Future Mexico Series (COTF Mexico), a new four-round championship debuting in 2027.
Eight Classes Confirmed for Inaugural Season
Eight classes are confirmed for 2027: Baby, Micro Swift, Mini Swift, X30 Junior, X30 Senior, X30 Master, KZ 1, and KZ4, providing opportunities for competitors across a broad range of ages and experience levels.
2027 Champions of the Future Mexico Series Schedule
The 2027 calendar will span March through October, with three rounds at KBR Kartódromo Internacional and one at Kartódromo Querétaro.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring Champions of the Future to Mexico,” said Diego Diaz de Cossio, Series Director of Champions of the Future Mexico. “From the Rodríguez brothers to Checo Pérez, our country has produced many incredible racing drivers over the years, so to now have a karting series of this stature in Mexico is something very special. We want to give the next generation of national racing heroes the platform and opportunities they need to succeed.”
Sporting regulations, registration information, championship prizes, and additional details will be announced in the coming months.
